







Our mission is to take your wedding blueprint and turn it into reality. You and your finance’s wedding day should be spent making memories and not stressing about details, decorations or vendor questions. Family and friends are always a great help but having an experienced coordinator will meet and chat with you many times prior to the day, answer vendor questions/concerns, assist in timeline creation, plan logistics with you at your venue walk-through and be your voice if a problem arises during the wedding day.
We offer a complimentary consultation prior to hire to make sure we can provide exactly what you’re looking for and reduce as much stress as possible before and on your wedding day. We are more than just a day-of coordinator, we provide month to month assistance and help during your engagement.
6 hours on site at your venue site, 1 hour rehearsal included.
This package is for the couple who have it all figured out with a lot of friend/family assistance but need just a little help with the final details decor set-up, getting the ceremony started and a smooth transition into reception. One lead coordinator and one in person meeting to go over logistics prior to wedding day included. Unlimited communication via email/phone provided within business hours.
8 hours on site at venue, 1 hour rehearsal included.
One lead coordinator and up to two meetings prior to your wedding day are included. This is the most popular package and is for those who need assistance with venue walk throughs, day of event planning & logistics, decor/styling assistance, vendor recommendations, vendor communication prior to and on the wedding day, timeline creation, assistance in picking up or set-up of decor, ceremony procession direction and making sure your day runs smoothly and on schedule. Unlimited communication via email/phone provided within business hours.

We unfortunately do not service events exceeding 200 guests

Hello! My name is Jenny Dversdal and I am the owner and lead coordinator of Daisy May Events, LLC. There’s nothing more important to me than making sure your engagement is enjoyable and your wedding day is memorable. My business was established in 2016 and I have had the pleasure of traveling all over Oregon and SW Washington helping couples feel more organized and at ease on one of the biggest days of their lives. I feel so lucky to have worked with so many amazing couples, vendors and have created some everlasting memories and beautiful moments that I will never forget.
